- This is a combined solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This notice contitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation document and incorporated clauses are those in effect through Federal Aquisition Circular 2005-17. The Office of Naval Intelligence has a requirement to procure: F5 hardware maintenance (please see attached for requirement). This must be procured through an authorized reseller of F5 Networks, Inc. Evaluation Factors will be lowest price. This is an all or none request for offers. The FAR provisions at 52.212-1 pertain as well as FAR clauses, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5. Additionally, the DFARS clasue 252.211-7003. Offers will be accepted via e-mail only, prior to close of business December 2, 2008. No telephone calls please.
