- The Department of Veteran Affairs New York Harbor Healthcare System is conducting a Source Sought Market Survey to determine the availability and potential capability of Service Disabled Veteran owned Small Business to operate and provide oversight of two main hospital lines: Centralized Scheduling Helpline and Nursing Helpline for all campuses and community based outpatient clinics as well as Management and oversight of Recall Scheduling, Consult Scheduling, and confirmation calls. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561320. The Duty Location is at the Brooklyn Campus. Special Requirements: 1.security clearance required 2.Prior medical clinic experience helpful but not required 3. Strong computer skills.
