- Description: 3M ADHESIVE FILM, Part Nr: AF-163-2K.085, 501 Sq Ft Roll, 36" wide X 167 feet long,.085 thickness, manufactured per STM 30-102, Type I, Class 3. Quantity: 20 rolls. Required Delivery August 2009. Must be shipped Dry Ice. The resulting contract will be Firm Fixed Price. This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The resulting award will be firm fixed price. The solicitation number for this procurement is FB206782949351 and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-16, dated 22 Mar 2007 and Class Deviation 2005-0001 and Defense Acquisition Circular (DAC) 91-13 Correction. The North American Industry Classification System is 424690. Provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The following addenda is provided to this provision. Quotes should be submitted including the following information: solicitation number, name, addres, telephone number of offeror, price and any applicable discount and payment terms. Signed quotes must indicate quantity, unit price and total amount. Offerors that fail to furnish the required representations or information, or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration. In accordance with FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and price related factors considered. All offerors must have FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification - Commercial Items completed on line annually. If not, on line certification can be completed at http://orca.bpn.gov. Offeror must also be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
