- The proposed contract action for supplies and services for which will be for a base year only. This requirement is in support of the Allergy extract lab in Silver Spring, Md.The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. to MDM Technologies. This delivery order will be for Immune Management System Maintenance Service based contract. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All responses must be received by 11/21/2008.
