- Request for Proposal HE1260-09-R-4000 will be issued on 18 November 2008. All offerors interested in attending the Site Visit at Sollars Elementary School in Misawa AFB, Japan must first email both Ms. Susan Phillips at susan.phillips@pac.dodea.edu and Mr. Anthony McKenzie at anthony.mckenzie@pac.dodea.edu. This procurement is for the removal of the tiles and existing playground equipments; the furnishing and installation of new playground equipments. Offerors will be required to submit in their Technical Proposal their own design and lay-out of the playground equipment. Mr. McKenzie's phone number in Misawa, Japan is 011-81-3117-66-3614. All attendees must meet Mr. McKenzie at the front gate at 1:00 pm on 21 November 2008. Proposals will be due on 17 December 2008.
