- The FEMA Florida Recovery Office has a requirement for the repositioning of two vacant single-wide mobile homes within a mobile home park in Santa Rosa County, FL, including all disconnections and reconnections. Prospective offerors should enroll in the Interested Vendor's List (IVL). Under the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act, as amended, only firms located within and doing business primarily in the state of Florida may be considered.
