The Government intends to enter into sole source negotiations with the firm of Clark Balfour Beatty, JV, 7500 Old Georgetown Road, Bethesda, Maryland 20814, ((301)272-8269), for the procurement of the subject project. The estimated value is $9.3 millions. The work includes the repair/upgrade of 17 existing Operating Rooms (OR) to meet current medical standards.
