- The General Services Administration, Public Building Service (GSA/PBS) Utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13), intends to make an award to OSCRE Americas, Santa Cruz, CA, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. GSA/PBS is seeking to renew their 2009 OSCRE Americas Membership. This membership allows for access to standards for the real property industry, and gives members the opportunity to participate in the development of new standards and support and improve the existing ones. The proposed contract is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only once source under the authority of FAR 6.302. The NAICS code is 813920. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The Government will consider all responses received by 4:30 pm., est., Monday, November 24, 2008. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
