- The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, supervision, materials, supplies, equipment and transportation necessary to provide a Human Resources Retirement Specialist two times a month at the VA Medical Center, Providence RI. This project is subject to the Service Contract Act. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business. The applicable NAICS code is 541612 and the size standard is $6.5 (millions of dollars). Award will be based on the best value to the Government. Evaluation factors include technical, performance/similar experience and price. Any interested vendor must be highly experienced with the Federal Employee Retirement System, The Civil Service Retirement System, CSRS Offset, Thrift Savings Plan and be knowledgeable in the regulations pertaining to Medicare and Social Security. The solicitation package will be available on or about November 17, 2008. The date for receipt of quotations is scheduled for December 1, 2008 at 12:00 noon EST. All relevant solicitation documents may be accessed for download on the date of issue at the following website: http://www.fbo.gov. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely to this web site. It is the responsibility of the offeror to verify the number of amendments issued.
