- The United States Government seeks to lease Office Space consisting of approximately 6,592 rentable square feet and two (2) parking spaces for official government vehicles within the following delineated area: North: Lyons St and contiguous land space from Hwy 49/Washington St. easterly to Greenley Rd. East: Greenley Rd and contiguous land space southerly to Mono Way and easterly to Hwy 108 to Peaceful Oak Rd and southerly to Mono Way South: Mono Way westerly to Restano Way and Washington St. West: Washington St. northerly to E. Linoberg St./Lyons St. Location sought in a prime commercial office land area with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings. First-floor, contiguous space is most desirable with convenient accessibility to public and private transportation. The space should yield between 5,732 to 6,308 BOMA usable square feet. The proposed lease is for 15 years, 10 years firm and should be fully serviced. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety, Seismic and Handicapped Accessibility. The site must be located outside the 100-year floodplain.
