Description
NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD Solicitation Number: W91247-08-T-0024 Presolicitation Synopsis: Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Regional Contracting Center Fort Bragg, North Carolina intends to award, on a sole source basis in accordance with 10USC 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, a contract to Amerizon Wireless, 1121 Ireland Drive, Fayetteville NC 28304 for Maintenance on 1 (One) Central Electronics Banks (CEB) per month for 12 months; Maintenance on 7 (Seven) Colsolette Stations per month for 12 months ; Maintenance on 1 (One) Elite Console Operator Position per month for 12 months; Maintenance on 1 (One) Alias Console Computers per month; Maintenance on 1 (One) MTR 2000 Repeaters per month for 12 months; Maintenance on 5 (Five) Spectra Mobiles per month for 12 months; Maintenance on 1 (One) BDA System per month for 12 months; Maintenance on 1 (One) Remote E.R for 12 months. Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC) currently utilizes the Base Support Trunked Radio System (BSTRS). The system plays a key role o the medical centers ability to provide notification to key personnel throughout the hospital during emergency and non-emergency situations. This is not a request for Competitive Proposals. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. NAICS Code is 811213. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. If you feel your firm possesses the ability to provide these services, you must respond by demonstrating you firms technical capability to meet the requirement. If no affirmative written response is received, the service will be awarded without further notice. Detailed capabilities must be submitted to the e-mail address provided below no later than 18 November 2008, 12:00 P.M. Eastern Time.
