- Description
- The FAA intends to award a JOB ORDER CONTRACT (JOC) for construction services including, but not limited to, minor construction, alteration and repair projects for various facilities within a 125 mile radius of Palm Springs, California. A tiered evaluation of offers will be used in source selection for this contract, and offers from other-than small business concerns will only be considered after the determination that an insufficient number of offers from responsible small business concerns were received. (Please see Solicitation for more details.) This JOC is an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract effective for a twelve (12) month period or to the point where the stated maximum contract amount is reached (in this case, five million dollars ($5M)), whichever comes first. This contract also providees for four option years to be exercised at the discretion of the Government in accordance with AMS T3.2.4(9), Options. The Contractor must make readily available and supply all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and management necessary to provide construction, repair, and alteration services to support these facilities.
