- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This constitutes the only notification before award. Solicitation reference # F4ATA38301A001 is issued as a request for quote, utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR Part 13. The North American Industry Classification Systems Code (NAICS) is 336413. Small business size standard is 1000 employees. This acquisition is unrestricted (not limited to small businesses). The Description of items and clauses incorporated in this synopsis/solicitation are applicable to this procurement and will be incorporated into any resultant purchase order. Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0001 - Quantity: 1 Kit, DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS: Modified BAK-15 Parts Kit. Please see attachment for listing of part numbers and quantities. All items must be quoted otherwise quote will be determined incomplete.
