- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F2ETGL8297A001, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This procurement is being issued as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 532412 and the Size Standard is $6.5 million. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforms to the solicitation, and provides the best value to the Government. The evaluation process will be based on the lowest price offered. The contractor must be CCR registered, the website is: http://www.ccr.gov. Shipping will be FOB Destination to Holloman AFB, NM 88330. Quotes are due no later than 11:00 AM MST, 21 NOV 08, and should reference the solicitation number F2ETGL8297A001. Quotes must be good for at least 60 days. CLIN 0001 - ONE MONTH RENTAL ON ONE EACH BROKK 180 WITH BREAKER (600 ft-lb) - INCLUDES STANDARD CHISEL, W/ 3083316200 MOIL POINT, 400-FT CORD, AND FREIGHT IN/OUT CHARGES. OR EQUAL.
