- The Bureau of the Census is issuing this notice as a combined synopsis / solicitation for a Combi Packaging Systems 2-EZ HS. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 51-SO-BC-9-00009 is issued as a Request For Quote. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-27. Dated 17-SEP-2008. CLIN001: QUANTITY ONE-COMBI PACKAGING SYSTEMS LLC 2-EZ HS PACKAGING EQUIPMENT WITH THE FOLLOWING SPECIFICATIONS: 20 CASES PER MINUTE EZ LOAD WALK-IN 45 inch POWER MAGAZINE HEAVY-DUTY WELDED STEEL CONSTRUCTION COMBI HS HIGH SPEED 2 inch TAPE HEAD SERVO DRIVEN CARRIAGE ASSEMBLY DUAL BELT DRIVE CASE INDEXING SELF-CLEANING VACUUM SYSTEM SAFETY BACK UP PHOTO EYE WITH 20 foot CORD RIGHT HAND OR LEFT HAND EXECUTION WITH CASTERS LOW CASE SUPPLY ALARM LOW TAPE/NO TAPE ALARM: BOTTOM ONLY 240 VAC, THREE PHASE INCLUDE DELIVER, INSTALLATION, OPERATOR TRAINING AND MAINTENANCE TRAINING. INCLUDE THE COST OF A RECOMMENED COMBI PACKAGING SPARE PARTS KIT.
