- TECHNICAL ORDER LIBRARY AND MAINTENANCE DATA SUPPORT. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a Technical Order Library and Maintenance Data Support contract prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.603, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA2550-08-R-8010 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-27. This acquisition is set-aside as a small business set aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541519. The small business size standard is $25,000,000.00. This RFQ is being conducted as a commercial item procurement using Contracting by Negotiation procedures (FAR Part 15). All RFP line items can be view on the attached Standard Form 1449. CLINs, performance location and period of performance may be viewed on the attached SF 1449. The government intends to award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate quotes: price and past performance. Past Performance is significantly more important than Price when being evaluated. All solicitation provisions/contract clauses can be found in the attached SF 1449. All price proposals, and Past Performance Questionnaires are due 3:00 PM MST on 8 December 2008 and must be hand delivered to 50 CONS/LGCZB, 210 Falcon Parkway, Schriever AFB CO 80912, emailed to bryan.lamb@schriever.af.mil, or faxed to (719) 567-5258.
