- Description
- The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has a requirement for satellite transmission services for the International Satellite Communications System - Generation 3 (ISCS-G3) program. Satellite transmissions will involve the Atlantic Ocean Region and the Pacific Ocean Region. The contract award will include a base period of approximately nine months for the development, test, and deployment of the ISCS-G3 system followed by six option years of operational performance. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. Solicitation DG133W-09-RP-0019 will be issued on or about December 1, 2008 and will close on or about January 21, 2009. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by NOAA. This notice supersedes Presolicitation Notice Reference-Number-ISCS posted October 23, 2007.
