- The purpose of this Amendment 0001 to RFP W25G1V-09-R-0002 is to add the following information to the Description of Requirement: Contract Line Item (CLIN) 0001: The installed equipment shall comply with OSHA General Industry Standards 29CFR1910 and shall have Lockout/Tagout capabilities. Maintenance training shall include proper Lockout/Tagout procedures. Response date remains the same: 25 November 2008 @ 4:00 P.M. All other terms, conditions and requirements remain the same.
