- The purpose of this Amendment 0001 to combined synopsis/solicitation W25G1V-09-R-0003 is to add information to the Description of Requirement and extend the offer due date as follows: 1. Description of Requirement: Contract Line Item (CLIN)0001: ADD: The installed equipment shall comply with OSHA General Industry Standards 29CFR1910 and shall have Lockout/Tagout capabilities. Maintenance training shall include proper Lockout/Tagout procedures. 2. Proposal Requirements, DELETE: 01 DECEMBER 2008 ADD: 02 DECEMBER 2008 @ 4:00 P.M. 3. All other terms, conditions and requirements remain the same.
