- Description
- The 23rd Contracting Squadron/LGCA2 plans to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). This agreement will be set aside for small business concerns under the authority of FAR 19.502-1 for the following: removal of identified tree/trees, backfill, leveling and removal of all associated debris caused during removal; trimming/pruning of limbs from identified tree/trees and removal of all associated debris during trimming/pruning; removal of tree stump/stumps to no less than six inches below surrounding surface by means of mechanical grinding as identified and backfill and level hole after stump removal using clean compacted top soil; and removal of tree stump/stumps through mechanical excavation as identified and backfill and level hole after stump removal using clean compacted top soil. Contractor shall provide climber or lift during removal or trimming operations. Interested firms may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. Interested sources must submit in writing, technical capabilities, pricing, and other information that demonstrates the ability to meet this requirement before the closing date specified below. This BPA will be for a period not to exceed 5 years. Price lists are to contain pricing for each unit specified in accordance with each job description. All price lists must be received no later than November 20, 2008, 1:00 PM EST. Please submit price list and qualifications to A1C Gerard J.
