- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation (paper copy) will not be issued. Further, offeror's are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of amendments or other information pertaining to this solicitation Solicitation W912EK-09-Q-0002 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-24 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change Notice (DCN) 20080331. This solicitation is a total small business set aside, the NAICS code is 332912 and small business size standard is 500 employees. Hose must be delivered within 30 days after award.
