Description
UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS TO LEASE OFFICE SPACE IN OXFORD, MISSISSIPPI The United States Government seeks to lease class “A” professional, fully serviced office space in a quality building of sound construction. Preference will be given to space located on the second story, or higher. Contiguous office space is preferred. Existing commercial buildings are preferred. Space proposed in a newly constructed building will be considered but the building must have a minimum of 20’ setbacks on all sides of the building, excluding right of ways and easements. The space offered must consist of approximately 10,681 rentable square feet, and the space should yield 9,288 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. A total of 24 secure parking spaces are required and can be provided in an enclosed garage or can be provided outside by on site surface parking spaces secured by a perimeter fence. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than January 1, 2010. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire, Safety, and Handicapped Accessibility. The proposed space must be located within the official city limits of the City of Oxford, MS.
