- This is a special notice to Kansas National Guard MATOC contractors only. This is not open to any other contractors. We would like to invite any and all of our KS MATOC contractors who are interested in completing a remodel and addition project to the Fire Station at Forbes Field, Topeka, KS. This project will involve Design Build. A preliminary project meeting with LTC Mark Green, Base Civil Engineer, CPT Jake Salmond, Deputy Civil Engineer, Forbes Field, Keith Blackburn, HTK - A/E, Adam Villabolos and Linda Criss will be held at Civil Engineer Conference Room, Bldg 760, at 10:00 am on Nov 20, 2008. Please notify Linda Criss, linda.j.criss@us.army.mil by 2:00 pm, Tuesday, Nov 19, 08 if you plan to attend the pre project meeting on Nov 20, 08.
