- Contractor shall furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to provide janitorial services at the U.S. Armed Forces Recruiting Office located at 26 Spring Avenue, Gettysburg, PA. The work is to be performed during the base period of 15 November 2008 through 30 September 2013, Base year plus 4 Option years. This requirement NAICS is 561740 and the size standard is $15.0 million. It is currently set-aside for small businesses only. This requirement must be provided in strict accordance with the statement of work included in the request for quotation bid package that can be obtained from the Corps website. Only those vendors who can provide the requirement EXACTLY as stated in the specifications may provide a quote. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge, to all registered plan holders. The media through which the Government chooses to issue this solicitation will be Internet only. This solicitation will not be issued in paper. All questions shall be submitted via e-mail to Mary.K.Tully@usace.army.mil. Bids can be submitted via mail to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Contracting Division, P.O. Box 1715, Baltimore, MD 21203-1715. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format to all authenticated account holders of Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) System To familiarize vendors with the newly released FBO system, please download the Vendor Guide found here. Please note that all Corps of Engineers acquisitions are considered Sensitive, But Unclassified Documents, and requires users to have a valid MPIN entered in the FBO system to access package. The media through which the Government chooses to issue this solicitation will be the Internet only. This solicitation will not be issued in paper. No phone or fax request for copy of solicitation will be accepted.
