- The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation issue date for W91247-09-T-0013, Custodial Services at Bowley Elementary School, indefinitely; however, the Government anticipates issuing the solicitation in the February-March timeframe. A separate amendment to notify prospective offerors of the actual solicitation issue date will not be provided; therefore, all prospective offerors are encouraged to periodically check the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website for the solicitation document
