NSN: 1620-00-967-7624 GA; Bell Helicopter Textron (CAGE: 97499); P/N: 205-050-152-041; DIMENSIONS (Estimated): 10"(H) x 3.25"(W) x 8' (L). Estimated Weight 15 lbs. PREDOMINANT MATERIAL OF MANUFACTURE: Aluminum Alloy FORM/FIT/FUNCTION: Part of the Aircraft landing Gear. Basic Qty: 316 each (No Options) consisting of 2 EA first articles and 314 EA production quantity. DESTINATION: SW3119 (Robins AFB, GA), DELIVERY SCHEDULE: 2 each First Article - 120 days After Receipt of Contract; 314 each Production Quantity: 12 months After First Article Approval. If no FA required, Basic Quantity: 12 months ARO. Numbered Notes 23 and 26 apply. Known Qualified Sources are: Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc, (CAGE 97499), Triumph Fabrications-Hotsprings, Inc (CAGE 3H339). These are the only know qualified manufacturers of the above item. This part requires engineering source approval by the control activity to assure the integrity of the part if procured from other than the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or current approved source. The only know approved Air Force Sources are as shown above. Any alternative source must qualify according to the design control activity's procedures as approved by the applicable government engineering activity, WR-ALC/580ACSG/Engineering Flight. Source approval information/requirements are documents in "UH-1/TH-1 Source Approval Request Guidance," WR/H-1/06-43. Dated 18 July 2006.
