- THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. FEMA anticipates issuing the RFP on or around 1 December 2008. Emails and phone calls will not be answered prior to the issuance of the RFP. FEMA is contemplating establishing an indefinite-delivery requirements (task order) contract with a contractor that is able to provide and deliver audio, visual, and video teleconferencing design, development, implementation, integration, and maintenance support. FEMA intends to award a contract to assist the government on multiple audio, visual, and video teleconference projects, video teleconferencing services and equipment. Resulting orders from this contract will be on a firm fixed-price (FFP) basis.
