- Description
- The Presolicitation Notice issued on 11/3/08 is amended as follows: VA Martinsburg, WV is changing the pre-bid site meeting to December 4, 2008 at 1 pm local time. Contracting Officer may be reached at 304-263-0811, ext. 3218. All other information remains the same. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision to build a new VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) addition to the existing DOD Barquist Clinic in Ft. Detrick, MD in accordance with drawings and specifications. This is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside procurement. NAICS: 236220, size standard: $31 million. There will be one pre-bid site visit which will be held on 12/4/08 at 1:00 pm local time in Bldg. 1529, Conference Room at the Rally Point. The address is 1434 Porter St., Ft. Detrick, MD 21702. All interested parties are encouraged to attend this site visit. You are to have proper identification (license, social security card, passport) to go through the security checkpoint. All questions from the site visit shall be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer. It is estimated that the solicitation will be posted to http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about 11/19/08. Offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and any subsequent amendment, if any. The solicitation will be issued pursuant to the authority of Public law 109-461, 38 U.S.C. 8127 and 8128.
