- The Marine Corps Systems Command, on behalf of the Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory, intends to award a Sole Source contract to DOLCE INTERNATIONAL Holdings INC.(Please see attachment I for Statement of Work. The rationale for other than full and open competition is that the Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory has publized a Source/Sought no other company(s) has a classified certification within the metro area of Washington DC on a Government facility. Interested contractors may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within five days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the p! urpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Please refer to numbered note 22. The Purchase Request number for this acquisition is M6785409Q9004. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 721110.
