- The Department of Treasury, Bureau of the Public Debt, intends to issue a sole source purchase order for Rock River Arms Semi-Automatic,.223 Caliber Tactical CAR A4 Carbine, Chrome-lined, Sub CAA (Command Arms Accessories) Stock, Sub M73 Quadrail, Sub 14.5" CL (Chrome Lined) BBL (Barrels), A2 Carry Handle w/Tritium Sight, A.R.M.S. (Atlantic Research Market Systems) 40 Flip Rear Sight, L3/EO Tech 552 HWS (Holographic Weapon Sight), Surefire M900A Vertical Grip/Weapon Light, Cleaning Kit, Eagles Discreet Case, Viking VTAC (Viking Tactical) Sling and (5) 30 Round Magazines. This unit has Fire Control Group, not found on other rifles that are easy to operate increases accuracy, and safety. Rock River Arms maintains proprietary rights to Fire Control Group. Fire Control Group utilizes a two-stage trigger system allowing for optimum trigger control and enhancing the accuracy of rounds fired. It also creates a trigger standard pull that allows one rifle to be utilized by several Special Agents. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 332994 and the Small Business Size Standard is 1,000 employees.
