- NSN 3110-00-227-2981, Bearing, Roller, Needle. Qualified Products List (QPL) requirement, Origin inspection required. FOB Destination. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. IAW QAP FCA. Requested delivery is 96 DARO. This NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited as a 100% small business set-aside an Other than Full and Open Competitive basis. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 420 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 105 each. These quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as decribed in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is November 28, 2008. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
