- SOLE SOURCE: The USPFO for Maryland, Contracting Division, Havre de Grace, MD intends to award a sole source contract to Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) for training services and materials on the principles of design-build project delivery and for the administration of the DBIA Exam for the Design-Build Professional designation. DBIA is the only known source for this training and designation. The period of performance of these services from date of award through 30 September 2009 consists of three sessions tentatively targeted for January, March and June 2009 to be held at locations to be determined by National Guard Bureau. Interested concerns may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination not to compete this procurement, based upon any responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any responses/proposals to this notice must be received no later than close of business, 5:00 P.M., 14 November 2008, Eastern Time.
