For request for solicitation, provide your name, the company name and Cage Code and a telephone/facsimile number. *** PRON: AX8F0230AX. The Government proposes to acquire on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement a quantity of 350 each minimum to 2,350 each maximum of a LINK ASSY, SCISSOR, NSN: 1560-01-132-0796, PART NUMBER: 70410-02456-042 applicable to the BE (UH-60 (BLACKHAWK)). Forecasted quantities are: 1st Year, 350 each, 2nd Year, 500 each, 3rd Year, 500 each, 4th Year, 500 each, and 5th Year, 500 each. F.O.B. with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002. Required delivery is 350 each 150 days after contract award (DACA). This is a Small Business Set-Aside that is restricted to small businesses which are approved as a source for NSN: 1560-01-132-0796. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). The currently approved small business sources are TECHNIC SPHERE, Cage Code: 3X771; APEX MANUFACTURING COMPANY INC., Cage Code: 2V343; and BODINE TOOL & MACHINE CO INC., Cage Code: 07544. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 12470.
