- Provide warehouse and dispatch services for the U. S. Army, Corps of Engineers, Mobile District. Contractor will provide all personnel, supervision and other items and services necessary to effectively plan, schedule, coordinate and perform operation of warehouse and motor pool operations. It is anticipated that a firm fixed price contract will be awarded. This procurement will be for five years (a base year and four optional years). The NAICS code is 493110 with a size standard of $25,500,000.00. This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. For this job, a small business is defined as having average annual receipts of less than $25,500,000.00 for the past three years. The solicitation will only be issued as a direct download at the following website: https://www.fbo.gov, on or about November 6, 2008. All prospective contractors, subcontractors and suppliers must be registered in the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) before they will be allowed to download solicitation information. The solicitation will not be provided in a printed paper format, however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when it is determined to be in the Governments best interest. Therefore, it is the bidders responsibility to check the website for solicitation posting and any changes to the solicitation. Those registering are responsible for the accuracy of the information.
