- INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) has a requirement to procure (6) six sets of Marking Laundry Pin Sets, P/N MIL-P-1407C, NSN 3510002781192. The Statutory Authority permitting Other Than Full and Open Competition for this action is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as cited in FAR 6.302-1, when there is a supply or service available only from one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy the agencys needs. This requirement will be negotiated on a sole-source basis, solicitation number W911N2-09-T-0031, with Dresser-Argus, 36 Bridge Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201 (718) 643-1540. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
