- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information include in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number H92243-09-T-TC01 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and is anticipated to result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the Government based on the lowest priced technically acceptable proposal. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-27. The associated NAICS code is 334220 and Small Business size is 750. FOB point is destination, Norfolk, VA 23521. DPAS rating for this procurement is DO-C9. This requirement is 100% total set aside for small business concerns. Naval Special Warfare Group Two has a requirement to procure: 6 each; CTM15 collapsible multi-use antenna masts; height extended 49'2"; Transit length: 5'8"; deployment time 12 minutes or under; max wind speed: 90 mph; max head load 33 lbs. NSN 5985-01-374-0733. Manufacturer: C&S Antennas Inc. If quoting on an equal, please include detailed specification for customer evaluation.
