- NSN: 3120-00-954-6363 GA; Bell Helicopter Textron (CAGE: 97499); P/N: 204-011-135-003; DIMENSIONS (Estimated): 1.37"(H) x 1"(W) x 2.39" (L). Estimated Weight 1 lbs. PREDOMINANT MATERIAL OF MANUFACTURE: Steel FORM/FIT/FUNCTION: The bushing is a component of the main rotor retention system, securing the pillow blocks to the Main Rotor Hub Assembly. Basic Qty: 865 each. DESTINATION: SW3119 (Robins AFB, GA), DELIVERY SCHEDULE: Basic Quantity: 12 months ARO. Numbered Notes 23 and 26 apply. Intended Qualified Source is: Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc, (CAGE 97499). This is the only know qualified manufacturer of the above item. This part requires engineering source approval by the control activity to assure the integrity of the part if procured from other than the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or current approved source. The only know approved Air Force Source is the OEM. Any alternative source must qualify according to the design control activity's procedures as approved by the applicable government engineering activity, WR-ALC/580ACSG/Engineering Flight. Source approval information/requirements are documents in "UH-1/TH-1 Source Approval Request Guidance," WR/H-1/06-43. Dated 18 July 2006.
