- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared inaccordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented withadditional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutesthe only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitationwill not be issued. Solicitation number N65236-08-R-0198 is issued as arequest for proposal (RFP).
