- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the synopsis and solicitation; quotes are being requested any more solicitation information will not be issued. This requirement is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) in the form of a pricelist. The NAICS for this solicitation is 621111. The size standard for a small business under this NAICS code is an annual revenue of $10M. This solicitation is for full and open competition. This is a commercial request for the following: DIALYSIS NURSING (RN) SERVICES (Temporary) for Wright-Patterson AFB's hemodialysis department. Performance is according to the Statement of Work (SOW). Pricing shall include all hourly wages, overtime costs, weekend costs, on-call costs, and any other potential costs. The Government intends to issue a single award from this solicitation. The period of performance will be greater than 1 month, but shall not exceed 12 months.
