- NSN 3110-00-078-5685, Bearing, Ball, Annular, Barden Corporation, (Cage 70854), P/N 201SSX200K5. Approved Sources: General Motors Corp (Cage 24617), P/N 7925777, Woodward Governor Company (Cage 31361), P/N 1411-559, Barden Corporation (Cage 70854), P/N 201SSX200K5. Critical Application Item. Origin Inspection Required. FOB Destination. Requested delivery is 105 DARO. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) which is 240 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 60 each. These quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. Deliveries will be to the DLA stock locations on the east and west coast. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Award from this solicitation can only be made for a domestically manufactured (U.S. or Canada) bearing and bearing components. Solicitation issue date is anticipated to be 28 November 2008.
