- The USPS is requesting information from suppliers to provide moderators/facilitators for the following training courses: Managerial Leadership Program – Two week (non-consecutive) program designed to develop high-potential mid-level managers to move into higher level leadership programs. Advanced Leadership Program – Three week (non-consecutive) program designed to develop potential successors to assume executive level positions. Week 1 focuses on business foundations, Week 2 focuses on personal development, and Week 3 focuses on business leadership.
