- Description
- The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under solicitation numberVA786-09-RP-0027 for the following service: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material, and supplies necessary to furnish Blank Marble Upright Headstones to Government for Jacksonville National Cemetery, 4083 Lannie Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32218 from Date of Award through September 30, 2009 (base period) with up to four (4) 1-year options to extend the term of the contract if options are exercised through September 30, 2013. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, drawings, terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service Disable Veterans Owned Small Business (SDVOB). The NAICS Code is 327991. Size standard of 500 Employees is applicable. The contractor shall be required to deliver the blank headstones to the Cemetery within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date the order was sent by Contracting Officer. Evaluation criteria for this award will be in the following descending order: 1) Past Performance, 2) Technical, 3) Price. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or around November 12, 2008. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:00 p.m., November 26, 2008. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments to the solicitation which is available at Fed Biz Opps. See Numbered Note 1.
