- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation, number N00244-09-T-0047 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). It is the responsibility of the interested parties to independently review the website for updates to any and all documents. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments. No paper copies of these documents will be issued. To download a copy of the solicitation, go to http://www.neco.navy.mil. This is a BRAND NAME OR EQUAL SOLICITATION and 100% set-aside to small businesses. The NAICS code is 325998, and the business size standard is 500 employees. The fleet and Industrial Supply Center San Diego (FISCSD) intends to requests response from qualified sources capable of providing Indefinite Delivery Type Contract for Pre-mixed Aluminum Sulfate Polymer Blend (Clarion 402) or equal with JAR Testing per instruction-attachment. To secure copy of the attachment, contact Evelyn Atienza via e-mail. There will be up to fifteen (15) 48,000 lbs loads of Pre-mixed Aluminum Sulfate Polymer Blend delivered to NAS Lemoore Public Works, in NAS Lemoore, California per year. FOB Destination. Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed-price. This is for a Base year and one (1) one year option period. Contract will begin 01 January 2009. No telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. Offeror must provide all the documents (SF1449/RFQ with quotes) in order to be considered for award.
