- Description
- The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia-Maritime Detachment is seeking proposals from business entities interested in supporting worldwide demand for seal, plain and encased. This procurement will be for a stock Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) to be awarded under FAR 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The solicitation is for a potential five year contract for a sole source NSN (5330-01-271-9410). The IQC will be for a one year base period, with four one year options. The quantity requested will be stated as the annual estimated quantity (AEQ) of 40,000. A delivery time of 120 days after the date of the order by FOB destination is requested. The following numbered notes apply: 12 and 13. Note: Copies of this solicitation can be found on the Business System Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) website after solicitation opening date at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. From the DIBBS homepage, select “Search RFP/IFBs” from the top menu bar. Then search by the solicitation number you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). In order to download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Offers will be evaluated for past performance using the Automated Best Value System (ABVS).
