- This combined sources sought/synopsis is for information and planning purposes only; it is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. A contract may or may not be awarded as a result of this combined sources sought/synopsis. The Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at ACC Fort Belvoir, on behalf of the Installation Management Command (IMCOM), is communicating this listing to collect information about website development services. IMCOM will consider a wide range of experiences and does not require experience directly related to the intent of the website. With that said, this website will assist professionals to enhance their credentials, training, and experience to ensure the strongest of candidate pools for senior installation management positions. In addition to a brief outline of a project approach, the responses of interested businesses are encouraged to include their capability and experience in the following key areas: 1)Past Website Development Experience a.Corporate b.Government (State & Local or Federal) 2)Developing of online data collect tools that provide automated feedback 3)Designing, coding, and implementing websites in Short timeframes. 4)Developing of User-friend Interfaces (websites) 5)Developing Learning Management Systems Please limit the length of packages to ten (10) pages. Packages over 10 pages will not be evaluated. A Firm Fixed Price contract is anticipated but is not the sole option. The period of performance includes a base period of development not to last longer than two or three months. A subsequent engagement for solution maintenance and modifications is anticipated. Responses to this notice must be submitted by email to the POC identified below. No solicitation mailing list will be compiled.
