- The Central Texas Veterans Health Care System, Temple, TX anticipates issuing a solicitation for performance of services related to VA-Owned Home Medical Equipment (HME). The requirement will set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. The period of performance for this contract will be a one (1) year basic, with additional four, one-year options periods. Request for Proposal VA-257-08-RP-0187 will be available approximately 15 30 days after this notice at www.FBO.gov Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) database http://www.ccr.gov/ prior to award of any contract. The NAICS for the requirement is 532291. Size standard is $6.5 millions. All work will be in accordance with the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).
