- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items:1) The lease of two billboards for career advertising, one on highway 14 & one on 395, both near Inyokern, California, for a qty of 1 year. This requirement is sole sourced to Lamar Outdoor Advertising Company, P.O. Box 829, Lancaster CA 93584 as the only vendor who has billboards in the required locations with our pre-existing advertisements already in place. Any firms believing that they can provide the existing advertisement on their billboard in the required locations may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the advertisement. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
