- This is a combined solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-27. The Office of Naval Intelligence has a requirement to renew Remedy software support. The ID#'s are 633 and 35333. License product numbers are: 735078, 735080, 735077, 735079, 735084, 735074, 735075, 735076, 735070, 735069, 96786, 988940, 735071, 1179309, 975854, 977485, 983587, 987073, 994442. Period of performance is through 30 sep 2009. The FAR provisions at 52.212-1 pertain as well as FAR clauses 52.212-4 and 52.212-5. Additionally, the DFARS clause 252.211-7003. Offers will be accepted prior to COB 07 Nov 2008.
