- This is sole source to Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc (CAGE 97499) New Hampshire Ball Bearing (CAGE 83086), SKF USA (CAGE 52676), or Timkin Fafnir (CAGE 21335). Reference Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This acquisition is to obtain a three-year (basic year and two annual options), firm fixed price contract for Annular Ball Bearing spares, NSN 3110-01-476-0726GA, P/N 204-040-145-10, applicable to the H-1 Helicopter. This requirement is for a basic quantity of 41 EA, a basic year option for 1-50 EA, a first annual option quantity of 1-50 EA, and a second annual option quantity of 1-50 EA. Destination: Robins AFB, GA. Delivery: On or before 31 December 2009. The Government does not own the technical data package to allow alternate sources to compete. Only newly manufactured material will be considered. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation; request a solicitation from http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. Approximate solicitation date is 12 November 2008.
