- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Wilkes-Barre, PA, has a requirement for On Site Mobile Shredding Services. The services must be compliant with NIST Special Publication 800-88 "Guidelines for Media Sanitization". It is the VA's intention to solicit proposals on a competitive basis of Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This solicitation will result in multiple awards, allowing government facilities within the contractor service range to place task orders for shredding services. The contract will include a base year (one year from the date of award), with (4) one-year renewal options that can be exercised at the option of the Government. The applicable NAICS code is 561990 and the Size Standard is $7.0 Million. This procurement is 100% set aside for small businesses.
